IT Support

We offer three types of solutions for providing IT Support which gives customers the flexibility they require at a cost they can afford. Whilst we are happy to provide on-site support, our customers really value the fact that, using a secure connection, our remote IT support experts can login to your system, diagnose problems and fix them remotely. A quick and cost effective support delivered electronically.

 

Fixed Price

At CRC iT Solutions we have always believed that we should be responsible for the systems we support, and work proactively to optimise these systems. That is why we recommend a “fixed price support contract”. If something needs installed or repaired then we can deal with this quickly and effectively, and will do this within the terms of the contract, no matter how much time the job requires.

 

Advance Credit

Our Advance Credit packages allow you to purchase support credits for use as and when required. We have three packages available with the hourly cost reducing the more credits you buy. Remote support offers a more cost-effective use of credits. We can respond faster and they are charged at one credit per incident, and will often be used as an initial response to any support incident where appropriate. On-site visits are charged at two credits per incident. There is also no expiry date on any credits that you purchase.

bronze Bronze Package - 10 hours of remote or on-site support.

silver Silver Package - 25 hours of remote or on-site support.

gold Gold Package - 50 hours of remote or on-site support.

 

Pay As You Go

If you only need IT support now and then, and want competitive rates, then we will also provide support on a pay-as-you-go basis. We will provide an estimated time and cost before the job is carried out. Whether you want to outsource all of your IT Support or simply require second-line or backup IT Support for existing staff, we can provide the specialist skills and experience to help you.
